Thank you for the feedback, for your issue about your title and breadcrumbs showing on some transactions, the short answer is yes, you do need to make these changes for each of the translations in the theme options. It might be due to using an older version of WPML with the latest version of WordPress (5.5), there was a similar issue preventing from adding language switcher because of a JS error: Update all WPML plugins to latest versions and try again.
